Designing his efforts on a foundation of integrity, JJ Salomon is a renowned serial entrepreneur who possesses the passion and dynamic expertise necessary to instill positive societal impacts. Holding over 15+ years of progressive experience, JJ has an extensive history within the automotive, private real estate investing, etc and features a strong innovative nature that has helped drive his success as a multi-industry leader.

Born in Plano, Texas and raised in both Dallas and Long Island, New York, JJ has always had an innate entrepreneurial spirit and valued helping others succeed with their personal and professional objectives. With that as his base, it became the catalyst for JJ to establish his first business in Dallas called Fast4Wheels in 2006. Grossing over 1.5M in the first year at age 19, Fast4Wheels later shifted from a Japanese importing business (Recession influenced) to a multi-divisional automotive shop that is still operating today. In 2018, JJ opened another business within the commercial investing sphere called “Alpha Private Equity.” As one of the founding members, JJ proactively helps investors gain max ROI across the storage, retail, and industrial spaces with a goal of expanding to multifamily in the near future. JJ later chose to broaden his portfolio by opening a few more businesses which he’s in the process of opening this year.

As a professional fueled by passion, JJ demonstrates his versed career ardency by providing qualified, tailored support/services that exceed expectations on both a granular and societal scale. Overall, he enjoys translating new business concepts into tangible realities and doing so all while ensuring the community he is supporting has excellent constructive experiences along the way. This, in conjunction with his notable successions and reputation for developing several endorsed companies, is what positioned JJ to become the respected leader he is today who continuously strives to raise the bar within these ever-evolving industries.

Overall, JJ has developed a strong name for himself as a multi-industry entrepreneur and continues to seek new ways to expand. For instance, his next venture entails getting involved in the world of entertainment to spearhead his music and film passions. From there, he also plans to dive deeper into residential & commercial real estate investing as another way to create sustainable, generational wealth. But even with these dedications, you can often find JJ collecting and admiring his exotic cars in his free time, with his favorites being his Rolls Royce Ghost Series II and his Lamborghini Huracan Spyder.
